Jess has been a qualified nurse and with Moss Vale Vet since 2012. Shortly after she gained the skills for reception, and in 2017 stepped into the role of Practice Manager, making her a fantastic all-rounder

Jess is always looking to improve her skills and knowledge, as a result is an excellent teacher to the new staff and work experience students. She also holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management. 

Jess can fully understand the challenges of owning “Houdini” pets, as her senior escape artist Border Collie, Bonnie, certainly keeps her on her toes. She also has a senior tabby cat, Minnie (her favourite fur child), and after many years of swearing she would never own another working dog breed, adopted a Kelpie X named "Rusty" from a rescue group in 2021

Away from work, Jess loves to travel and has become a great baker, often bringing in tasty and stunning looking cakes and treats for us to test…Making it impossible for any successful dieting at the clinic!

In 2024 Jess stepped away from her role as our Practice Manager to welcome her son Flynn, and has been enjoying motherhood. You may occasionally see Jess floating around clinic from time to time.
